4 Glass wharf (Welcome Building) is an 8 story, 212,000 sq ft Grade A office building situated in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone.

The project was designed to emphasize sustainability, targeting BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and WELL Core Platinum certifications.
