Fire Risk Assessment.
A fire risk assessment is intended to identify the hazards present within a property or workplace and then to assess the level of risk present. Control measures are then applied which will either control or remove the hazard and reduce the risk to acceptable levels. we will advise on the minimum requirements of fire detection required by local authorities and the insurance industry.

By adopting the suggested fire management plan, the property or workplace will have acceptable control measures needed to manage the fire risk (as required by local legislation governing the workplace, rented property and properties with multiple occupancy).
The fire management guide is intended to provide a fire management policy for your property. It is complimentary to the Fire Risk Assessment and identifies common hazards found within the property and sets control measures, which, if implemented, will reduce the risk to an acceptable level.

Maintenance and Servicing.
A full maintenance service is available with the option of an initial inspection and report to a full service contract (required by most insurance companies and local authorities). Imperial Fire and Security offer a range of service packages carried out by our fully qualified alarm engineers as required by British Standard Certification.
